Sinossi: Il contributo affronta il tema dell’inclusione dalla prospettiva della riforma dello sport, anche alla luce
dei numerosi correttivi (l’ultimo dei quali, contenuto nel d.l. n. 25/2025) che hanno parzialmente riscritto il
testo originario del d.lgs. n. 36/2021. L’approdo è una ricostruzione di luci e ombre di un fenomeno ormai
di massa e sempre più settore di impiego, ma che ancora rimane «l’unico spettacolo che, per quante volte tu
lo veda, non sai mai come andrà a finire».
Abstract: The essay addresses the issue of inclusion from the perspective of the reform of sport, also considering
the large number of amendments (the last of which, contained in Legislative Decree no. 25/2025) that have
partially rewritten the original text of Legislative Decree no. 36/2021. The Author offers a reconstruction of the
lights and shadows of a phenomenon that is now mass and increasingly a sector of employment, but which
remains «the only show that, no matter how many times you see it, you never know how it will end».
