In the course of this essay, we intend to attempt to conduct a schematic examination around the concept
of the market, in the light, above all, of its significance as a fundamental element of inspiration for the
European Treaties. The reflections that will follow on the subject, far from having the intention of exhausting the
considerable complexity that substantiates the figure of the market, will set themselves the more modest
purpose of being able to contribute to a simple explicatio terminorum, in the form of a limited - but
nevertheless necessary - logical passage, intended for the exclusive purposes of what may be further
conducted, on a juridical level, in relation or in in relation or in connection with this particular institute, also in the light of the relationship between law and economy.
