GREEN PORTS: STRUMENTI E MISURE

Il saggio si concentra sull’innovativo intervento relativo ai Green Ports contenuto nel Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza, esponendone le implicazioni e le finalità all’interno di un ambito complesso e strategico come quello portuale. Gli Autori affrontano la tematica introducendo il tema dei porti, la rispettiva regolazione e l’articolato sviluppo della disciplina attinente alla pianificazione delle realtà portuali ed alla tutela dell’ambiente nelle relative attività economiche.
