The many internal borders that were made in Italy with regard to planning laws depend on the legislative powers conferred to the Regions in the field of urban and regional planning. The paper deals with the problems that arise between different regions, especially among Ordinary Statute Regions and Special Statute Regions for the municipalities of the border between the regions themselves.
I molti confini interni che si sono definiti in Italia per quanto riguarda le leggi urbanistiche dipendono dalle attribuzioni alle Regioni della potestà€ legislativa in materia di pianificazione urbana e regionale. Il saggio si occupa dei problemi che insorgono tra differenti regioni, specie tra Regioni a statuto ordinario e a statuto speciale, per i Comuni di confine tra le regioni stesse.
