Abstract
Il futuro dei diritti è soggetto a varie incertezze, teoriche e pratiche. Alcune di queste sono legate alla titolarità dei diritti, alla considerazione delle minacce standard e al design istituzionale appropriato. D'altro canto, quel futuro è anche condizionato dall'operabilità di un certo modello di Diritto, in cui la certezza e il principio della gerarchia occupano un posto importante. The future of rights is subject to various uncertainties, theoretical and practical. Some of them are related to the titularity of rights, the consideration of standard threats and the appropriate institutional design. On the other hand, that future is also conditioned by the operability of a certain model of Law, where legal certainty and the principle of hierarchy occupy an important place.
