"Classi in rete” is an innovative organizational model designed to overcome the social and cultural isolation of small schools. By using a Design-Based Research methodological approach, the study aims to identify the strengths, critical points and proposals for improvement related to the first iteration of this model and to define the changes to be introduced for its second iteration. The reflections of 20 teachers produced at the end of the three periods of activity in an online environment in the first iteration of the model has been analyzed through a coding scheme created with reference to the Conjecture Mapping technique and applied by two independents coders. The results of this analysis allowed us to identify the changes in the “Classi in rete” model to be introduced for the second iteration. Implications for the model refinement are discussed.
