Abstract
“Classi in rete” is a research project focused on designing an innovative organizational model to overcome the social and cultural isolation of small schools. This study aims to analyze the strengths, critical points and proposals for improvement related to the first iteration of this model, using a Design-Based Research methodological approach. For this purpose, 20 teachers involved in “Classi in rete” in the Abruzzi Region were asked to produce reflections at the end of the three periods of activity in a shared online environment. These reflections were analysed through a coding scheme created with reference to the Conjecture Mapping technique and applied by two independent coders. The results of this analysis allowed us to identify the changes in the “Classi in rete” model to be introduced for the next iteration.
