This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First International Conference on Reforming Education, Quality of Teaching and Technology Enhanced Learning, TECH-EDUCATION 2010, held in Athens, Greece, in May 2010, as a part of the World Summit on the Knowledge Society Conference Series.
