Bronchiolar pathology presents a group of various patterns among them, the obliterans brionchiolitis (subtypes: obliterans bronchiolitis with intraluminal polyps (BOOP), costrictive bronchiolitis (CB)). The response to therapy is good in the case of the BOOP ,more modest in the costrictive bronchiolitis.
We present our experience on 2 cases of obliterans bronchiolotis with unusual caratheristics.
