This paper is a comparison of the scientific validity of climate research by natural scientists with the anthropogenic concept of climate change proposed by political technologists. The process of imposing anthropogenic philosophy on society is traced and the motives and incentives used in this process are analyzed. A brief overview of discussions on the possibilities of mankind to influence the physics of the atmosphere, the ecosystem of the Earth and the climate of the planet is given. The importance of the problem of ozone holes in the approval of the anthropogenic concept of global climate change is shown. The main stages of its international dissemination and an overview of political, economic, financial, propaganda, scientific and technological measures aimed at displacing fossil energy sources and attracting commercial investors in the field of alternative energy are identified.
