The deep dissatisfaction with the globalizing neoliberal model is also undermining many balances pursued by the liberal state, first and foremost the rights of the person and an equitable distribution of wealth. In reflecting on the dynamics involved, the Author proposes a new participatory pact, able to put at the center the person, Nature and social justice.
