ANNUARIO DI DIRITTO COMPARATO E DI STUDI LEGISLATIVI
Abstract
The paper analyzes the recent work of Roberto Scarciglia on the methodologies of comparative law, by exploring how the Trento Thesis - that is, the statement written by a group of authoritative Italian comparativists in 1987 - could be refined and updated for fitting the needs of comparative studies in today's (and tomorrow's) world.
