Abstract
We determine a new structure of semi-hypergroup on the quotient, modulus a regular equivalence, of a semi-hypergroup and we analize its properties. Moreover we introduce and we examine closely the concept of a relative semi-hypergroup to a relation R, a concept generalizing that of complete semi-hypergroup.
