RESPONSABILITÀ CIVILE E PREVIDENZA
Abstract
A newborn jurisprudential right (the socalled re-enactment right) was issued by the judges of Joint Sections of Corte di Cassazione in order to set limits to the journalist freedom to republish old news in newspapers. It contains the important operational rule related to the omission of subject’s data details but it fails in clearly stating the crucial time limits concerning the right to be forgotten.
