The authors of this paper are professors of Canon Law, Constitutional Law, Social Ethics, Philosophy of Law, Philosophy of Politics, Public Law in the University of Florence, Catholic Lisbon, Madrid Complutense University, Madrid Comillas, Monaco Munich, Padua and Udine.
