Abstract
DEFrAG-Tragedy, acronym for Digital Edition of Fragmentary Ancient Greek Tragedy, is a project aimed at creating a born-digital scholarly edition of Greek tragic fragments. The paper illustrates three representative case studies drawn from Euripides’ lost plays, namely with reference to the XML annotation of: (a) the commentary on the prologue of the Antiope (fr. 179 Kn.); (b) the text, critical apparatus and translation of the prologue of the Phrixus I (fr. 818c Kn.); (c) the metrical analysis of a fragment of the Andromeda (fr. 152 Kn.).
