Using the methodology of case studies, this contribution focuses on four routes, variously twisted and linked amongst themselves, each one highlighting a different way of interpreting the environmental quality of architectural artifacts and of production processes. The goal is to evaluate the possibility of an experience of wellbeing in the workplace, involving relational, symbolic and sensorial components.
