The aim of our investigation is to “photograph” the Italian status about dioxin
presence in environmental matrices with the contribute of the Regional and
Provincial Agencies for Environmental Protection, as well as in food produsts
with the data available from the Ministry of Labor, Sanity and Social Policy.
