Work (unpublished, original, at invitation of the Scientific Committee which has also accepted it) is designed to demonstrate the impossibility of reconciling the concepts of the so called "Primacy of Community Law '(upon the inside Laws of various countries of the European Union and whose prediction in the Treaty of Lisbon is quite different from the standard than it was in the failed project of European Constitution) and predictions specifically coded in the Treaty of Lisbon about so called "Right to rescind" the Union itself from the aforementioned countries.
