he paper analyzes the system of regional and local sources in the light of the constitutional amendment of 2001 and with a large set of case law and doctrine. The analysis starts with the description of the relationship between systems of sources of law and forms of State in a comparative perspective. Then, concerning the Italian case-study, it focuses on the examination of individual sources of law and, moreover, seeks to highlight the mutual relationship between them in order to reconstruct their "system".
