Abstract
We propose a market mechanism based on combinatorial auctions, which could provide an efficient tool to establish prioritization among flights, actively involving users in the decision process and respecting at the same time the concepts of transparency, efficiency and non disclosure of airlines private information, as advocated by the User Driven Prioritization Process in SESAR Target Concept.
