Abstract
The discussers present an alternative interpretation of the authors' data, allowing a straightforward understanding of the data. For future experimental works, the discussers believe that the direct comparison of jets of equal impact velocity and different densities due to air entrainment is particularly adequate for the assessment of the influence of aeration on the scour process.
