Il contributo si pone l’obiettivo di esplorare alcuni aspetti delle relazioni fra autonomia scolastica e complessità socioculturale emergente oggi nei contesti educativi. Dopo aver brevemente presentato alcuni aspetti delle odierne politiche e pratiche riguardanti l’inclusione sociale e scolastica degli allievi con retroterra diverso, il contributo esplorerà il ruolo che l’autonomia scolastica può svolgere nell’affrontare alcune problematiche pedagogiche emergenti in scuole e quartieri ad alta presenza migratoria.
The paper aims to explore some aspects of the relations between school authonomy and emerging sociocultural complexity within today educational contexts. After having shortly presented some aspects of current policies and practices concerning social and school inclusion of diverse background learners, the paper will explore the role that school authonomy can play in dealing with educational issues emerging in schools and neighborhoods with a high migrant presence.
