Abstract
We report a research on squamous intraepithelial lesions of uterine cervix. The research moves towards a finer use of the HMGI anibodies as a diagnostic tool since aim is to correlate the level of antigen expression with the degree of tissue alteration. Results prompt us to suggest HMGI(Y) antibodies as helpful tool to be used in a clinical laboratory to support morphologic diagnosis.
