Abstract
This hoard was found at the end of the 19th century in the area of the convent of St. Etienne in Jerusalem. It includes 53 solidi of Heraclius, struck between 632 and 641. The hoard illustrates the use of the solidi on the market of Palaestina in the mid-seventh century.
