The cities of Gorizia and Nova Gorica have always dialogued and activated strategies and projects to allow the territory to meet the challenges of modernity and achieve some form of institutional integration. The article reports the results of a survey addressed to the Gorizians on the subject of the border, relations with the Slovenian community and with the twin city of Nova Gorica.
