The birth and development of a network is studied, both when it is born from below and when it is superimposed from the topo of a non-structured territory. An interesting problem is the superposition of distinct network that must coexist or glue together. The problem becomes less relevant in the case of relational networks, such as knowledge networks, even if they operate with different metrics; the problem is well known for information nets, but is less studied for law, commercial, economics superposition of different nets. The application to the case North-East of Italy is finally considered, especially for the need of constructin g a bridge between Italy and Balkans.
