PCR method was evaluated to detect campylobacter jejuni and campylobacter coli in artificially and naturally contaminated poultry skins. PCR method was fast and had a high productivity and sensitivity. primers of flaw gene were specific for both the strains. Lower limit of sensibility of method was 10-100 CFU/g products. Then new primers to distinguish in vitro Campylobacter jejune from Campylobacter coli.
