Le but de cette contribution est de déterminer si et comment les espaces communs peuvent contribuer à des processus de régénération sociale et spatiale des quartiers résidentiels publics où poursuivre des objectifs de résilience, de justice spatiale et de santé publique. Par une étude de cas dans la ville de Trieste, on réfléchit sur trois possibles déclinaisons opérationnelles que les espaces communs peuvent assumer dans les quartiers publics. À partir de celles-ci, on identifie quelques pistes de travail dans des processus de régénération basés sur la valorisation des ressources agro-urbaines présentes dans les contextes.
The aim of this paper is to argue if and how common spaces can contribute to social and spatial regeneration processes of public housing districts where the objectives of resilience, spatial justice and public health can be pursued. Through the analysis of a case study in the city of Trieste, it reflects on three possible operational variations that common spaces can assume in public districts. Starting from this, it identifies some questions that are proposed as working paths in regeneration processes based on the enhancement of the agro-urban resources available in these contexts.
