Fra queste, un ruolo cruciale è svolto dalla Gran Bretagna, la cui posizione ambigua finisce col paralizzare le capacità di auto-organizzazione della UE in molti settori chiave. Among these, a decisive role is played by Great Britain, whose ambiguous stance is in the long run paralyzing the possibilities of self-organization of the European Community in a number of key sectors. Further obstacles derive from the institutional issue, which in turn is linked to the debate under way on Turkey’s admission to the Community.
