Il fiume Tagliamento costituisce il centro di attenzione del lavoro. L’analisi, caratterizzata da uno sguardo diacronico, si concentra da un lato sulle valenze economiche, relazionali e identitarie del corso d’acqua, dall’altro ne prende in esame gli aspetti problematici. Questi sono riassunti nelle forme di utilizzo che consumano le acque che scorrono all’interno dell’alveo, ponendo la rilevante questione del deflusso minimo vitale, e nell’allarmante e ancora irrisolto rischio alluvionale che sembra poter porre su posizioni conflittuali le popolazione rivierasche del tratto mediano dell’asta fluviale con quelle invece che risiedono lungo il corso inferiore.
The Tagliamento River is the center of attention of the study. The analysis, characterized by a diachronic point of view, on the one hand focuses on economic, relational and identity values of the river, on the other hand it examines the problematic aspects. These are summarized in the forms of use that utilize water flowing inside of the riverbed, with the important issue of minimum vital flow, and in the flood risk, still unresolved question, that seems to bring conflicting positions among the population living along the middle part of the river and citizenship that lives in the lower part.
