Nuovi orizzonti per la cartografia integrata: uno strumento di analisi del territorio e di tutela degli insediamenti urbani a rischio mediante tecnologie avanzate

This work describes the problems linked to the environmental risk management and civil protection in order to defend the urban settlements. In this paper innovative and dynamic cartographic models are described; they are part of an advanced management system of civil protection and emergencies, called SIMONA PC. Finally, some applied examples with cartography are also showed.
