Abstract
The authors would like to add the following note to the Ethics approval declaration: “Permissions and ethical evaluations were requested to the district directors, managers and research committee of the authors’ respective institutions which concluded that the questionnaire did not require a full ethics review because this study was deemed low risk.” The original article has been corrected.
