Utilizzando alcuni risultati dovuti a W. A. Coppel, S. C. Chu e R. D. Moyer, si fanno alcune osservazioni sulla convergenza delle succes¬sioni delle iterate relative a funzioni crescenti, osservazioni che conducono ad un procedimento di calcolo per le radici reali di una equazione f(x)= 0, ove f(x) è una funzione continua a rapporto incrementale limitato. Va notato che tale procedimento prescinde dalla operazione preliminare della separazione delle radici. L'efficacia del metodo viene infine illustrata attra¬verso esempi trattati sul calcolatore elettronico. Making use of previous results of W. A. Coppel, S. C. Chu and R. D. Moyer, some remarks are made on the convergence of Picard sequences of increasing functions. These remarks lead to a proceeding for the computing of the real roots of an equation f(x=0, where f(x) is a bounded difference quotient continous function. It can be noted that this procedure needs not the previous operation of separating the roots. The strength of the method is illustrated by examples on computer.
