The “system” cannot be confined only to articles 50-52 of the Reg. No. 178/2002. The "system" closely links other previsions of Reg. No. 178/2002, with other regulations, procedures, conditions, articulating the complex interacion providing of many subjects, not only of the Commission, but also different pubblic and private subjects.
