Esperienze e soggetti della trasformazione promosso da Paolo Cendon e tenutosi nella città giuliana il 12, 13 e 14 giugno del lontano 1986. La Comunicazione si articolava in tre parti; la prima La comunità e l’esperienza manicomiale, redatta da don Mario Vatta (fondatore e tutt’ora animatore della Comunità); la seconda Progetto educativo ed accoglienza, curata da Franco Bruni e Paolo Callegari (allora operatori nella stessa); la terza, quella qui proposta, Problematiche giuridiche nel progetto educativo, redatta da chi scrive (allora impegnato nel servizio civile presso la medesima Comunità).

Experiences and subjects of the transformation promoted by Paolo Cendon and held in the Julian city on June 12, 13 and 14, 1986. The Communication was divided into three parts; the first, The Community and the Mental Hospital Experience, edited by don Mario Vatta (founder and still the driving force behind the Community); the second, Educational and Reception Project, edited by Franco Bruni and Paolo Callegari (then operators in the same); the third, the one proposed here, Legal Problems in the Educational Project, drafted by the writer (then engaged in civil service with the same Community).
