CP violation studies in ${B^0 \to D^{(*)+} \overline{D}^{(*)-}}$ and B0 → J/ψ K*

Recent experimental results on B0→D(∗)+D ̅(∗)− and B 0 → J/ψ K * decays at the B factories by the BABAR and BELLE collaborations are reviewed.
