In the examination of the preliminary elements, suitable for a possible discernment of an “economic Constitution” in the Italian context, there was who previously assessed the poor indicativeness of abstract defining formulas and the lack of impact of the popular will concluding in favour of the concrete determination of the country’s most general economic structures, that actually take shape only in dependence on the will of the hegemonic parties; in this sight it was proceeded, by some doctrinal studies also, to examine the inspiring principles of the Italian Christian Democracy Party, with a focus on its economic conceptions. We shall now conclude, for our part, in the present essay, in view of the
practical political exercise of this ideological order – as it was already openly manifested in the Italian Constituent Assembly too – a political exercise which affects the activity of legislation, and then finally we will formalize it on dogmatical way, within the more general legal categories of the “constitution in a material sense”, also with regard to a recomposition of the economic model pursued.
