Abstract
The Research Paper is the outcome of a cooperation between Insubria University and Bihac University. This issue of the series concerns some relevant topics of structural changes in international law. States and NGOs are implied in the process direct to environmental protection, human rights and economic development. This cooperation may increase legal standards for environmental and human rights protection, as analyzed in the research paper (see the editorial note).
