The problem of finding methods and processes for the assessment of students’ competence is still relevant, especially in informal and non-formal activities and processes of learning. The paper aims to underline narrative writing as a methodology to evaluate students’ university internship and training. Narrative writing – supported by a Personal Development Plan and an Eportfolio – allows to monitor and to assess: students’ activities, the ability to reflect in and on experience, to manage personal learning paths and the development of a personal and professional profile
