Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of assessing the performance of a set of decision making units (DMUs), simultaneously considering different kinds of information and performance indexes deriving from various analyses. The tool for integrating heterogeneous data is a model of artificial intelligence; fuzzy logic is applied to multi-criteria decision support systems. The results obtained are a ranks order of the evaluated units and a holistic performance assessment.
