The collettive choice generate conflicts due to edonic, economie andsubjective traits that affect thè ranking of thè actions to he realized and thè allocatìon ofthe budget resources. With thèpresentpaper we intend to illustrate two methods to evaluate thè subjective importarne ofthe activities listed in theproject ofa newpark and willingness to invest. The theoretical background is offered by thè preferences revealed with thè questionnaire reporting thè lisi of activities submitted to thè interviewed and usedfor thè budget allocatìon. Two methods are adopted to explicit thè preferences: i) thè edonic method based on thè monetizatìon ofthe preferences; ii) thè economie method ofthe willingness to invest based on direct indication ofthe budget to he allocated to thè specific activities. The results reveal significant differences in thè budget allocatìon depending on thè method adopted; thejustification are: i) thè arder of preferences is not neutral to sodo-demographic, psycho-graphic and economie influence; ii) thè budget allocatìon depends on thè criteria adopted for ranking thè preferences: thè monetwtìon of preferences is more neutral with respect to thè direct budget allocatìon that is strongly affected by thè subjective convenience ofthe economie returnfrom thè given activity. Nonetheless thè two methods are complementary hence a weighted method isproposed to correct thè budget allocatìon infunction ofthe collective interest.
