We describe a patient with primary Hodgkin's disease (HD) of the vagina presenting with stage LEE. To our knowledge, this is the first case reported so far. Based on morphological and immunophenotypic features, the HD was classified as nodular sclerosis subtype, "syncytial" variant. The patient, a 64-year old woman, received chemotherapy followed by radiation therapy She is still disease-free 14 months after diagnosis.
