Abstract
In the clinical setting of nipple discharge, the prevalence of malignant or high-risk lesions is significantly higher than in the general population. The purpose of this study was therefore to assess the sensitivity and the specificity of contrast-enhanced breast MRI in patients with nipple discharge, considering as positive only the lesions scored BIRADS 4 and 5, or also those scored BIRADS 3
