Abstract
The chapter aims to present the debate on the legal methods for comparative research. It focuses in particular on the fact that the only way to determine the practicability and usefulness of a chosen method is to test it on the results of a specific research. Therefore, the study analyzes the use of the factual questionnaire – stemming from the research of Rudolf Schlesinger – in several comparative pieces of research, including the RAPID project, which led to this edited collection.
