Abstract
La narrazione dominante, che dal Green Deal si è traslata nel PNRR italiano, tende sovente a considerare le due dinamiche, ambientale e digitale, in forma congiunta, come elementi complementari di un binomio. Il documento afferma, infatti, che “la trasformazione digitale offre gli strumenti necessari per realizzare i cambiamenti, migliorando le capacità di comprendere ed affrontare le sfide ambientali”.
Obiettivo della ricerca è comprendere se davvero questa rappresentazione corrisponda a verità, nello status quo italiano. Il lavoro intende, pertanto, analizzare i differenziali territoriali a scala provinciale nelle roadmap verde e digitale e verificarne il grado di correlazione The dominant narrative, which has been translated from the Green Deal into the Italian NRRP (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), tends to consider the environmental and digital dynamics jointly, as complementary elements of a binomial. Indeed, as reported in the Green Deal, “digital transformation offers the tools needed to make changes enhancing the ability to understand and address environmental challenges”.
The aim of the research is to understand if this representation corresponds to the reality of the Italian status quo. The work therefore analyses the territorial differentials at a province scale in the green and digital roadmaps and verify their correlation.
