My essay aims to show how the so-called "digital twins" of people arise from overcoming the di-gital revolution. In fact, the post-digital era we are living in makes it possible to create the dou-ble of each individual person from the data produced in the online dimension. This double fa-cilitates operations in the medical field, determines decisive innovations in the field of educa-tion, and finally familiarizes us with artificial reproductions of our biography. The essay, there-fore, brings to light the positive and negative aspects of this current transformation of the hu-man.
