The book represents one of the most complete studies on the category of danno esistenziale, as it was considered after the intervention of the Sezioni Unite della Cassazione in 2008. The peculiarity of the book consists in a detailed final report wich could be found in a table (whose author is F. Bilotta) which analyzes about 700 sentences highlighting the settlement procedures of the different components of non-pecuniary damage and the manner in which the danno esistenziale has been demostrated during the trial.
