Abstract
Il contributo prende in esame la regolamentazione del mercato del credito tra XI e XV secolo negli Statuti Medievali italiani in seguito all’emergere della domanda di liquidità di denaro richiesta dalla società e al divieto ecclesiastico dell’usura. The contribution examines the regulation of the credit market between the 11th and 15th centuries in the Italian Medieval Statutes as a result of the emergence of the demand for money liquidity required by society and the ecclesiastical prohibition of usury.
