The private library of Gian Vincenzo Pinelli is preserved in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana in Milan, still accompanied by a number of his original catalogue, written by the owner. In addition to these, the classification and subject catalogue was discovered by the Angela Nuovo. Of the latter, in-depth information is provided. The general scheme, by Pinelli’s hand, is also published.
